in Recruiting Activities
Our Core Policy
HENNGE K.K. is committed to preventing sexual harassment in recruiting and related activities. We ensure a safe environment where job seekers can proceed their recruitment process with peace of mind, free from having it disrupted by sexual conduct or remarks.
Our Initiatives

We provide awareness and education on the prevention of sexual harassment to all employees involved in recruiting activities, including interviewers and recruiters.

In-person interviews, meetings, internships, and recruiting events are conducted, in principle, only at our office or at locations with a legitimate business reason related to recruiting.

Whether in person or online, we do not ask unnecessary questions or make unnecessary remarks about private or sexual matters. We also do not engage in unnecessary physical contact or make requests for a romantic or sexual relationship.

Meals or similar gatherings may be held as part of recruiting activities; in such cases, we provide employees participating with advance briefing on the prevention of sexual harassment.
