When our CEO discovered that many of the world’s top engineers share a love for Dr. Pepper, we installed the only Dr. Pepper vending machine in Tokyo—offering our team unlimited access to their favorite drink!

Held once a month in English, MTS is an internal gathering where engineers showcase their latest discoveries and share insights on emerging trends that could shape our business.

We are at the forefront of Japan's changing workplace. We leverage technology to enable remote working and constantly test new working practices, so that we can offer these to clients and share the benefits.

We're always trying out new tech discovered by staff. The more we test, the more we can learn so HENNGE does not place any restrictions on which solutions staff can install, with over 80 SaaS solutions currently being used.
Stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to acquire new knowledge and skills is a key part of our culture as a company of curious learnaholics.

We've established a support program that helps employees gain new qualifications and level up their skills. Training costs and exam entrance fees are supported across a variety of areas from engineering, business, and language skills, open to all all regardless of department.

"Richie's Bootcamp" is an exclusive programming training course created by our CEO. Open to all from any department, it fosters a culture of in-house innovation and encourages homegrown prototypes that might just go on to become the next big new business opportunity.

While Japanese is naturally used by some teams when required, English was adopted as our official company language in 2016 in recognition of our shared ambition to make HENNGE a truly global IT company and already international environment, with 20% of staff having joined us from overseas.
