1. Confidentiality

   All contents of this Admission Challenge, including but not limited to images, texts, questions, tasks, and other materials, is the intellectual property and confidential information of HENNGE (“Our Materials”). Therefore, you are prohibited from reproducing, disclosing, displaying, broadcasting, or otherwise distributing all or any part of Our Materials, in any form—online, offline, or by any other means (collectively, “Distribution”). In addition, Distribution of any or all part of your response is strictly prohibited.




2. Personal Use Only

   This Admission Challenge is intended solely for your individual use in applying to a position at HENNGE. You shall not use it for any other purposes.




3. Consequences of Violation

   Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate disqualification from the hiring process and could affect your eligibility for future opportunities with HENNGE. In addition, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless HENNGE from and against any and all losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your willful violation of these Terms.
