Software Engineer Positions Screening Process
At HENNGE’s Admission Challenge, one email address is tied to one coding challenge. Please use a different email address to register for the coding challenge.
After applying, you will receive a link to the coding challenge. If you pass the coding challenge and document screening, we will move on to the interview stage. The interview process may vary by position but generally includes three to four rounds. You will have a chance to meet potential teams and our CEO/CTO. All interviews are conducted online. The entire process typically takes about one and a half months if everything proceeds smoothly.
We are unable to provide specific feedback on application results. Our recruitment process is highly competitive, and we value candidates who have:

- ・Previous experience related to Cloud Infrastructure
- ・Familiarity with HENNGE's technology stacks
- ・Strong motivation for the position
