Yes, you may re-apply to HENNGE. However, we recommend waiting 9-12 months before applying again. This interval allows you time to become a more qualified candidate. 

At HENNGE’s Admission Challenge, one email address is tied to one coding challenge. Please use a different email address to register for the coding challenge.

After applying, you will receive a link to the coding challenge. If you pass the coding challenge and document screening, we will move on to the interview stage.

The interview process may vary by position but generally includes three to four rounds. You will have a chance to meet potential teams and our CEO/CTO. All interviews are conducted online.

The entire process typically takes about one and a half months if everything proceeds smoothly.

We are unable to provide specific feedback on application results. Our recruitment process is highly competitive, and we value candidates who have:

• ・High-quality code in the coding challenge
• ・Previous experience related to Cloud Infrastructure
• ・Familiarity with HENNGE's technology stacks
• ・Strong motivation for the position

Here are some common reasons for not passing the initial round:

Yes, you may apply while abroad. HENNGE strives for a diverse working environment and welcomes talent from around the world.

We do not offer fully remote positions at this time. Selected candidates are required to relocate to Japan to comply with Japanese labor laws.

Yes, you may apply to more than one position. However, please note that each position has its own coding challenge.

We provide support such as flight itineraries and visa applications to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our new hires.

We collect various personal data, including your name, email address, educational and work history, and other information described in your resume. This data may come from application forms, resumes, interviews, or other assessments. We may also collect data from staff agencies or job listing platforms.

We use your personal data before, during, and after the recruitment process for data analysis to improve our future recruiting activities. We will stop retaining your data once all direct recruiting activities cease.

We may disclose and share your personal data with our group entities and third-party service providers in accordance with GDPR for the purposes stated above. This may involve transferring personal data outside the EEA.
