An English-Speaking Company

While some teams use Japanese as needed, English was adopted as our official company language in 2016, reflecting our shared ambition to make HENNGE a truly global IT company. We are an international environment, with 20 percent of our staff having joined from overseas.

We offer a free-address seating system, allowing employees to choose their preferred spot in the office. We also have flexible working hours with designated core time, so eligible employees can adjust their daily schedules to meet monthly working hour requirements while following their division's core time policy.

Annual assessments evaluate your performance within your team over the fiscal year, with results directly influencing your annual salary.

This ensures your contributions are recognized and rewarded regularly.

Degree Promotion

Degree Promotion

Our unique belt system provides a mid-term measure of your skills and abilities. Each belt level has an associated salary range, and you can apply for a Degree Promotion Examination whenever you feel ready to advance.

Successfully passing the exam and moving to a higher belt demonstrates your increased expertise and comes with a revised and expanded salary range.
