Transportation Allowance

Physical Communication Allowance

We encourage face-to-face communication to enhance collaboration and engagement, offering a bonus-based physical communication allowance for in-office work and client meetings.

Language Proficiency Allowance

HENNGE values multilingual skills and supports language proficiency growth. Our English Allowance offers JPY 10,000–90,000 monthly based on CEFR-J assessments in listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Employees proficient in both English and Japanese can earn up to JPY 130,000 per month. Eligibility follows company guidelines.

Childcare Leave Allowance

We provide financial support not only to employees on parental/childcare leave but also to their teammates. This helps ease the burden on both the individual and the team, ensuring stability and smooth collaboration during their absence.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Employees can invest up to 10% of their salary in company shares, gaining a sense of ownership in HENNGE. As an added benefit, eligible employees receive a 35% incentive based on their ESOP contribution.

Internal Policies Assuming Diverse Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI)

Our internal rules and regulations, such as employment rules, regulations concerning childcare and nursing care leave, and congratulatory and condolence payment regulations, are created on the premise of the existence of various SOGIs.

Employees can take optional Japanese language classes, held weekly and tailored to their proficiency level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Each class lasts two hours and takes place outside working hours, with individual lessons available for beginners.
