Yes, you may apply again to HENNGE. However, we suggest waiting for 9 -12 months before applying again. As we believe the amount of time would make you a more qualified candidate. 

Since at HENNGE, one email address is tied to one coding challenge, please use another email to register for the coding challenge.

After applying to HENNGE, you should receive a link to the coding challenge. If passed the coding challenge and document screening, we will move on to the interview stage.

The interview process may vary depending on the position. Generally, there will be three to four rounds of interviews. During the interview process, you will have a chance to meet potential teams to join and our CEO/CTO. HENNGE holds all the interview process online.

It will take roughly one and a half months to complete the whole process if everything goes smoothly.

We are afraid that we cannot provide specific details on the results of the application process. Since our recruitment process is highly competitive, we value candidates who have: 

• ・High quality of code for the coding challenge.
• ・Previous experience related to Cloud Infrastructure.
• ・Similar technology stacks with HENNGE.
• ・Strong motivation for applying to the position.

Yes, you may apply while being abroad. HENNGE strives for a diverse working environment, and we welcome talent around the world to apply. 

To adapt to the current Covid-19 situation, HENNGE encourages our members to work from home. However, we do not provide a fully remote position at the moment. Selected candidates are required to relocate to Japan to comply with Japanese labor law.

Yes, you may apply to more than one position at a time. However, please note that each position has its coding challenge. 

We provide support such as flight itineraries and visa applications to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our new hires.

We will collect a variety of personal data, including your name, email address, educational and work history, and other information described in your resume or otherwise related to you.

We may collect your personal data from your application forms, resumes, or through interviews or other forms of assessment. We may also collect your personal data from other sources such as staff agencies or other job listing platforms.

We will use your personal data before, during, and after the recruitment process for data analysis purposes, which contribute to improving our recruiting activities in the future. We will stop retaining your personal data, once HENNGE stops all the direct recruiting activities.

We may disclose and share your personal data to our group entities and to the third-party service providers in accordance with GDPR for the purpose stated above. Such disclosure or sharing may involve transferring of personal data out of the EEA.

In such cases, we will implement proper safeguards, including entering into standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(C) and (5) GDPR).
