After applying to HENNGE, you should receive a link to the coding challenge. If passed the coding challenge and document screening, we will move on to the interview stage. The interview process may vary depending on the position. Generally, there will be three to four rounds of interviews. During the interview process, you will have a chance to meet potential teams to join and our CEO/CTO. HENNGE holds all the interview process online. It will take roughly one and a half months to complete the whole process if everything goes smoothly.
